We use high-quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver to ensure durability, longevity, and minimal risk of tarnishing or skin irritation.

With proper care, your permanent jewelry can last years! However, it’s not indestructible—if it gets caught or pulled too hard, it may break for safety reasons.

Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted at the time of welding and cannot be made larger once welded. If additional length is needed, an extra connector may be purchased and welded to increase the size. If you need it smaller just make an appointment and we can cut links and re-weld.

Yes! If you need to remove it, simply cut it at the welded circle jump ring with scissors or nail clippers. If you’d like it reattached later, we offer re-welding services. Just bring your chain back in to us.

Yes! You can still design your own custom piece, choose your chain and charms, get custom fitted, and add a clasp for a one-of-a-kind piece you can wear whenever you like. 

Yes! We use hypoallergenic metals like 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled and sterling silver, which are gentle on sensitive skin.

Cleaning your permanent jewelry is easy! Use a soft brush, mild soap and warm water to remove dirt and oils. For extra shine use a jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and polishing dips as they can damage the metal or finish.
