pERMANENT JEWELRY CARE & RESPONSIBILTY
Once your jewelry is welded and sized specifically for you, it becomes your responsibility. Stylush Jewelry is not responsible for lost or broken chains or charms, normal wear and tear, including stretching or tarnishing discoloration caused by chemical chemicals, skin care or lifestyle or allergic reaction to metals.
We do not recommend permanent jewelry for anyone with known metal sensitivities or allergies.
Returns & refunds
Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once jewelry has been cut to size and welded by our jewelry artist.
Weld warranty
If your jewelry separates at the weld point, Stylush Jewelry is happy to offer a complementary re-weld. Please bring your original piece with you for service.
